THE EXPERIENCE JOURNAL

An experience journal is your opportunity to tell us what this program has meant to you and should be submitted after the conclusion of the program. It’s your opportunity to talk about the things you’ve learned about, the people who’ve inspired you, and the parts of the gaming industry you’d like to grow into.

Your journal can be submitted in whatever format or medium makes sense to you. It could be a short-video, a vlog, a written article, collection of poems, song, pretty much anything.

The goal is to capture your thoughts throughout the program in a way that is coherent and engaging. This is an opportunity to describe what this program has done for you as you continue to navigate through the gaming ecosystem and what you would do with a $1,500 gaming grant

Your experience journals are due on August 31st at 5pm EST

An experience journal is your opportunity to tell us what this program has meant to you and should be submitted after the conclusion of the program. It’s your opportunity to talk about the things you’ve learned about, the people who’ve inspired you, and the parts of the gaming industry you’d like to grow into.

Your journal can be submitted in whatever format or medium makes sense to you. It could be a short-video, a vlog, a written article, a collection of poems (actually please don’t do a collection of poems), a song, pretty much anything! As long as you are able to convey your key thoughts and ideas to us in a way that is coherent and intelligible.

This is your opportunity to describe what this program has done for you as you continue to navigate through the gaming ecosystem and what you would do with an internship, facets you’d like to grow, things you’d like to learn, and where you would use your background and life experiences to provide value in the gaming space.

This is not meant to feel like objective work, the grammar police will not be combing through this submission. This is SUBJECTIVE; use your own voice. This doesn’t have to be overtly lengthy, please keep it concise (similar length to your application): Below we’ve listed some possible directions to spark your creativity. These are just ideas. Maybe some of them will help you to come up with your own unique idea. You are ABSOLUTELY free to exercise your own interests!
